New Student Member | Courtney Pellet

CFLCW’s first Student Member is Courtney Pellet. She is a second-year law student at the University of Madison Law School, set to graduate in 2025. She works as an Assistant Mediator with Madison Divorce Mediation. Courtney is an associate of the Family Law Advocacy & Support Clinic, which provides legal information and guidance to unrepresented families in family law cases, including divorce, paternity, child support, maintenance, custody and placement, and juvenile guardianships.

Robert Arthur, JD | President Elect of IACP

The International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) has announced that Robert Arthur, JD, the 2020 Chair of CFLCW, will become President of IACP on April 1, 2025. Robert graduated cum laude from Marquette University Law School, with a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. He was an editor for the Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review and served on the executive committees of the Client Skills Board, Dispute Resolution Society, Entertainment Law Society, Phi Alpha Delta, and the Christian Legal Society.
