On April 12, 2023 the CFLCW Board of Directors adopted recommended Ethics and Standards of Practice as proposed by a special Best Practices Committee chaired by Rhonda Hazen, JD. For the first time the Council has adopted standards for not only for interdisciplinary teams but also standards for membership, basic training and recommended trainings. Revamped Associate Membership
Following several months of debate and research, the Board of Directors had created a revised Associate membership category. Associate Members will be able to supplement a Collaborative team in specific, limited professional roles and provide their skills as appropriate for a given case. Beginning with the 2023 membership cycle, the Membership Committee will review applications for membership from those professionals eligible for Associate Membership.
