This program is the next in the Advanced Interdisciplinary Seminar Series. In 2015, the topic was mental health records. In 2016, the topic was children speaking with judges/testifying. In 2017, it was contingent/step-up placement, and in 2019, the topic was addressing allegations and disclosures of child sexual abuse.
The program for 2022 will provide a rigorous and balanced discussion by professionals with a stake in positive outcomes for children and families. This will again be a joint meeting with a number of other family law groups. More details are forthcoming. All who attend the program will gain a better understanding of this prevalent issue in family law cases.
