The first recipient of the 2021 Dolphin Award is a proud Madison native and UW Law School graduate. She served her local, state, and national bar associations in a wide variety of roles.
She was involved in a number of Council committees and public outreach efforts, all of which helped lead to her nomination as Chair of CFLCW.
As Chair, she prodded her colleagues to “think big” and to stay focused on policy and not minutiae.
After her term of office, she remained engaged. She offered – offered – to be an Annual Meeting Sponsor every year, without a prompt.
She agreed to take on the Dane Collab Group Chapter Chair position after all her past positions of service, because we needed her help.
She has been a mentor and a strong supporter of Collaborative for two decades. She has been truly invaluable to our community and our cause.
Perhaps as telling as anything else, she has a dog named Moxie, just as you would expect it to be.
Our first recipient is attorney Janice K. Wexler.
