In this webinar a panel of experts will discuss the recent Wisconsin Ethics Opinion EF-23-02 relative to Guardian ad Litem Conflicts and Informed Consent, Confidentiality and other Obligations under the Rules of Professional Conduct, and other ethical issues facing family law practitioners.
