Robert Teuber, JD - Shareholder at von Briesen & Roper.

TOPIC: Latest news on state and federal income and employment tax issues and regulations, IRS administrative activities, US Tax Court cases, and tax/economic considerations for individuals and businesses.

Rob Teuber is a Shareholder focusing his practice on tax disputes and controversies for clients nationally, regionally and locally. From a national perspective, Rob assists in resolving IRS tax audits, Tax Court litigation, personal liability assessments, tax collection matters, Offers in Compromise and foreign financial account disclosures. From a state and local perspective, he works with clients to address sales, employment, income and property tax controversies.

Rob takes great pride in assisting organizations and individuals outside of his tax practice. He currently serves on the State Bar of Wisconsin Finance Committee and as Chair of the Taxation Section Board of Directors.

He is a frequent presenter at conferences and continuing legal education seminars. He is also an avid writer and has published articles for CCH tax publications and contributed to articles on complex tax and business issues in the Wisconsin AccountantBizTimesCPA Magazine, and Wisconsin Law Journal.

Scott Wildman, CPA - Shareholder-in-charge of Vrakas Business Valuations, Inc.

Valuation winners and losers in the COVID pandemic, the changing and evolving financial picture of family businesses, and the need for greater creativity in structured settlements.

Scott joined Vrakas CPAs + Advisors in 1986, in his current role, he serves as the shareholder-in-charge of Vrakas Business Valuations, Inc. as well as a member of the firm’s board of directors. Scott is responsible for identifying his clients’ needs and researching and analyzing each situation to apply the most appropriate valuation methodology. He also provides support for the firm’s audit and tax practices.

Prior to joining Vrakas, Scott worked as an intern in an international firm’s Small Business Audit Department. With over 34 years of experience, he has played an integral role in developing Vrakas’s Business Valuation and Litigation Support practice. Scott is a full-time valuation professional, focusing on helping his clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. Scott is often court appointed in litigation matters. He has also effectively assisted in shareholder transitions, implemented succession planning, assisted clients in acquiring business interests and created property division and support options for numerous collaborative and traditional marital dissolution cases. Scott has also helped various businesses maximize their value through proper merger and acquisition planning and execution.


Matthew Bellin, CRPC, CDFA- Financial Advisor at North Star Resource Group

Gaylene Stingl, CPA - Owner of Blau-Himmel, LLC

Gaylene's professional career began in a Waukesha law firm where she spent over ten years working with general business, litigation and probate administration lawyers.  After becoming a CPA, she further enhanced her skills working on assurance, tax, business valuation, personal and business consulting and litigation support with clients of many different industries.
